Dale has been married to Vickie for 37 years. They have three grown, married children (Lensie and her husband Drew Walker, Matt and his wife Rachel, and Hannah and her husband JW Weiss) and 6 grandchildren. His favorite hobbies include hunting, fishing, and traveling. He and Vickie are passionate about missions, ministering to young married and engaged couples, teaching adult Bible study, and discipling young believers.

Josh, along with his wife, Joy, are passionate about raising up and training as many mature Christ followers as the Lord will allow them to reach – starting at home with their six kids - Tim, Josiah, Lewis, Annie, Oliver and Lincoln – and then spilling over into their ministry. Josh has been serving in full-time ministry with Joy since 2010 after receiving his undergraduate degree from California Baptist University. Team Harris loves to have fun and enjoys Marvel, Star Wars, Bluey, Board games, story times, playing ball, wrestling matches and dance parties… It’s always a party or a circus, but never boring! 

Kevin is married to Lauren and they have three children.  Originally from Kansas City, Kevin studied Christian Theatre at Hannibal-LaGrange College in Hannibal, Missouri and received his Master of Arts in Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He enjoys camping, movies, board games, treasure hunts, and any other activity that makes memories with his family.

Jonathan is married to his high school sweetheart Anna, and they have 5 children. A Texas native,

Jonathan grew up in Alvarado and spent 9 years in student ministry in nearby Grandview. Jonathan received an undergraduate and master’s degree from Texas A&M University. He enjoys game nights with the family, tracking local and professional sports teams, throwing frisbees and challenging teens to live for Jesus.

Drake and his wife Robyn got married in July 2020. They are expecting their first child in February 2024.

Drake graduated from Tarleton State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. Drake interned at First Baptist while in college but spent the last 2 years doing college ministry in Frisco, Texas. He and Robyn are passionate about serving and seeing college students place their faith in Jesus.

Dick has been part of the First Baptist team since 2015. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He also received a Master of Divinity in Missions/Evangelism and a Master of Arts in Christian Communications from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served as an Army Chaplain’s Assistant, Bible teacher in Austin, ESL teacher in China, Minister of Missions/Discipleship at Fairview Baptist in Austin, Pastor of Pond Springs Baptist Church in Austin, and as a missionary - head of the Bible Department in Eumseong South Korea. He is married to Sherry and they have served together in ministry since 1988. Dick’s hobbies are reading, acting, drawing, and collecting swords.

Kathryn is from Allen, Texas but moved to Stephenville to pursue her education at Tarleton State.  During her sophomore year, she began interning at the church with the University Ministry. Kathryn graduated from Tarleton in May of 2018 with a degree in Special Education, but knew she was called to ministry.  In 2019 she was hired on to work full time with the college ministry as the College Ministry Assistant.  Beyond ministry, she loves traveling, spending time with her husband, Charlie, hanging out with friends & family, and finding any and every excuse to go to the mountains.

Diane graduated from Eastern Hills High School in Fort Worth and completed a business course at Brantley-Draughon Business College in Fort Worth. She is married with three children, one daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters.  She loves being a mother and grandmother.  Diane also enjoys Jigsaw puzzles, sewing, crocheting, and crafting.

Sherry has been serving with Grace Place at First Baptist since 2016. She has a Bachelors degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, and a Masters degree from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, University of Texas at Arlington, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Sherry has worked as the Director of three other non-profits/ministries before Grace Place; as well as serving as a Journeyman missionary for two years in Lusaka, Zambia; and serving with her husband as a missionary in South Korea for seven years. Sherry has been married to her husband Dick since 1988.

Mike has been a part of the First Baptist team since 2006.  He began his career at FBC as the Music Ministry Assistant before assuming the role of the Media and IT Director in 2012.  Mike is married to Alecia, and they have two children, Audrey and Grayson.  He received his Bachelor's of Business degree from Tarleton State University in 2005.  He has a love for music and has played the fiddle with various bands over the past several years.  Other interests include spending time with his family and playing golf.

Kathy has been a part of the FBC Team since 2010, coming to us from a sister Church in Stephenville.  She has been in Church work for 26 years and knows, without a doubt, that the Lord called her to serve in the Local Church setting. Kathy, serving as the FBC Receptionist, loves people in general and enjoys visiting with them whether in person or on the phone. She also loves working with numbers and enjoys working as an Assistant to the Finance Manager. Kathy has a Son and a seven year old Granddaughter, that are her world!! Kathy has a great love for playing the piano and listening to all types of music. Her hobbies include cooking, crafts, going antiquing, and traveling.

Bromwyn has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Tarleton State University. She met her husband, Jonathan at Tarleton and they have been married for 8 years. They have three children, Paxton , Colette  & Selah. She loves being a mom and wife and adventuring with her family. Her hobbies are reading, writing, running, & camping. She is passionate about encouraging and equipping young families as they strive to serve God.

Shelley believes that children learn best when they are having fun! Her goal as director is to make sure opportunities to explore and learn are provided in each child’s unique learning style so that they will learn and grow while enjoying each day at preschool.

Shelley is a graduate of The University of Iowa and has worked in the field of Early Childhood Education for over twenty-five years. Shelley began as Director of Kinderbridge Preschool in 2005.

Shelley and her husband of forty years enjoy long walks, traveling to new places, spending time with their children and grandchildren, and attending college sporting events.
